Xiangsi River

Xiangsi River is a newly developed tourist attraction in Guiyang, located in Shuitian Town in the northeastern part of the city. The scenic area is 30 kilometers from Guiyang and can be directly accessed via two main highways, making it extremely convenient to reach.

The Xiangsi River scenic area features a peak forest canyon composed of mudstone and limestone. Lush forests, towering peaks, tranquil lakes, plunging waterfalls, and rushing streams come together in a marvelously natural composition, forming 52 scenic spots and attractions — a true hidden paradise.

Facilities in the area include the Xiangsi River Resort, Caifengping Reception Center, and Wanglang Mountain Villa. The architecture is rustic and exudes the authentic charm of ethnic minority farmsteads.

The Xiangsi River Scenic Area boasts a high forest coverage rate, with over 620 plant species, including many extremely rare plants. It is also home to various precious birds and animals, making it an ideal destination for forest tourism and hunting.
