Zhenhua Vientiane Hot Spring

Zhenhua Vientiane Hot Spring is one of Guizhou Province’s “Top 500 Key Projects.” The project covers an area of 36 acres, with a total investment of 460 million yuan and an overall operational area of nearly 50,000 square meters. Construction began in September 2014. Designed to meet 4A-level tourist attraction standards, the project is positioned as an “International Wellness Hot Spring City” in Wudang District, striving to create a distinctive hot spring resort that integrates hot spring bathing, health and wellness services, eco-tourism, leisure entertainment, sports activities, business meetings, and dining and accommodation.

The project is divided into three parts: the Vientiane Hot Spring Resort Hotel, the Vientiane Hot Spring Center, and the Vientiane Spring Garden. The hotel features over 300 five-star rooms with ethnic-style decor, along with branded business restaurants, a grand banquet hall, open-air bars, meeting rooms, and VIP reception halls. Guest rooms are equipped with private soaking tubs, and natural hot spring water is supplied directly to the rooms. The Hot Spring Center spans 1,740 square meters and is an all-in-one indoor hot spring complex that includes hot spring bathing, health and fitness, leisure wellness, dining and accommodation, as well as sports and recreational activities. It houses a geothermal zone, buffet restaurant, private mahjong rooms, children’s play area, internet café, health and fitness zone, and swimming pool. The outdoor hot spring area is divided into five zones: the Therapeutic Wellness Zone, Traditional Chinese Medicine Wellness Zone, Playful Springs Fun Zone, Cultural Heritage Scenic Zone, and VIP Courtyard Zone. Covering an area of 10,000 square meters, it features a total of 40 open-air hot spring pools, forming a comprehensive wellness tourism destination where “wellness and leisure go hand in hand, surrounded by landscapes and cultural charm.”
