The Tablet of Blessings for All People is located in Laping Village, Xiaba Town. Dating back to the Qing Dynasty, it falls under the category of grotto temples and stone carvings.

On September 6, 2015, the Tablet of Blessings for All People was designated as part of the seventh batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units.
