The Former Chuxingcheng Bank Citiang Street Office and Studio of Traditional Chinese Painter Zhang Caiqin is a Chengdu municipal cultural heritage protection unit.

The Former Chuxingcheng Bank Citiang Street Office and Studio of Traditional Chinese Painter Zhang Caiqin is located in Qingyang District and dates back to the Republican Era.

On September 28, 2013, the Chengdu Municipal People’s Government announced it as part of the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units.

The protected area covers the current building footprint; the construction control zone extends 3.5 meters south to Citiang Street, east to the outer wall (adjacent to No. 8 Citiang Street, currently the main branch of Lao Ma Ti Hua), west to the outer wall (adjacent to No. 12-2 Citiang Street, currently the Lanzhou Beef Lamian Restaurant), and north to the perimeter wall.
