Xianwu Mountain National Forest Park, situated in Shuangtian Village, Tangba Township, gets its name from the year-round clouds that shroud its mountaintop. The area boasts well-preserved primeval forests and dramatic canyon scenery, and was once a vibrant hub of the millennia-old Tea Horse Culture. To this day, remnants of horse caravans from hundreds of years ago remain, making it rich in historical heritage. Located just across the river from Yunnan, visitors can immerse themselves in the profound culture of the horse caravans at the Xianwu Mountain Equestrian Club. Covering an area of about 30 acres, the club is nestled against mountains and near water, offering breathtaking views. Facilities within the club include a viewing stand, souvenir shop, visitor center, ticket office, parking lot, racetrack, stables, riding trails, and leisure areas. The focus is on equestrian performances and horseback riding experiences for visitors. Daily events include scheduled appearances by mounted police and equestrian shows performed by professional riders. The riding area is divided into multiple zones, allowing guests to ride up and down Xianwu Mountain, explore freely on the racetrack, or traverse the historic relics of the Five-Foot Road, part of the ancient Tea Horse Trail.
