Chishui River Tea Horse Relay Station (Xuyong County)

Protected area: 50 meters eastward and westward from the station, extending 50 meters southeast from Fengshui Bridge and reaching the Chishui River to the northwest; an additional 20 meters extension on both the eastern and western sides.

Construction control zone: 50 meters beyond the protected area.

Chishui Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Xuyong County. Established as Chishui Township in 1948, restructured as a commune in 1958, reverted to township in 1984, and upgraded to town in 1986. Located in the southeastern part of the county, it faces Guizhou Province across the Chishui River to the south and is 96 kilometers from the county seat. The town covers an area of 168 square kilometers with a population of 29,000. National Highway 321 and the Eastern Sichuan-Yunnan Road pass through the area.
