On December 18, 2019, the Xuyong County People’s Government designated the Li Family Tomb at Pailang as part of the fourth batch of county-level protected cultural heritage sites.

Houshan Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Xuyong County. Established as Houshan Township in 1948, reorganized as a commune in 1958, restored as a township in 1984, and upgraded to a town in 1992. It is located in the southeastern part of the county, 27 kilometers from the county seat, covering an area of 129.1 square kilometers with a population of 24,000. National Highway 321 (Chuan-Yun East Route) runs through the town. It administers 22 village committees including Sandoumi, Houshan, Yunfeng, Guankou, Fengshou, Tiantai Mountain, Shengjiping, Heyuan, Wanghua, Gaolou, Haiba, Shatang, Shuanglong, Yutang, Haili, Yingzuiyan, Longfeng, Tianyuan, Mingjing, Jinming, Lanhe, and Lofu, as well as one residential committee, Sandoumi.
