The Tomb of Cheng Yujin and His Wife is located in Luobo Town, Xuyong County, and is a municipal-level cultural relics protection unit.

Protected area: A 10-meter radius around the main tomb structure is designated as the protected area.

Construction control zone: A 30-meter buffer beyond the protected area is designated as the construction control zone.

Luobo Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Xuyong County. Established as Luobo Township in 1948, reorganized as a commune in 1958, reverted to township status in 1984, and upgraded to a town in 1992. It is located in the central part of the county, 14 kilometers from the county seat. Covering an area of 99.9 square kilometers with a population of 36,000, it is traversed by National Highway 321 and the eastern section of the Chuan-Yun Road. The town administers 26 village committees including Majia, Datun, Songjia, Huihe, Qingchun, Xinbang, Changle, Songlin, Santai, Dishui, Lishu, Xinhe, Wuxing, Xiangtan, Yunshan, Qingyin, Qishan, Dongping, Shuiyuan, Jianxin, Guanting, Hongxing, Xintian, Yangliu, Xinhua, and Caoba, as well as the Luobo residential committee.
