Tianchi Aqueduct Group

The Tianchi Aqueduct Group is a cultural heritage protection unit of Luzhou City.

The Tianchi Aqueduct Group (Sanjiaocha, Erdouzhong, Chazitou) is located in Tianchi Town, Xuyong County, dating back to the 1970s.

On December 9, 2010, it was announced as part of the eighth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Luzhou City (Luzhou Municipal Government Letter [2010] No. 259).

Protected Area: The area extending 10 meters beyond the main structure is designated as the protected zone.

Construction Control Zone: The area extending 20 meters beyond the protected zone is designated as the construction control zone.

Tianchi Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Xuyong County. Established as Tianchi Township in 1948, restructured as a commune in 1958, renamed Tianqu Township in 1984, and upgraded to Tianchi Town in 1986. Located in the northern part of the county, it is 31 kilometers from the county seat. Covering an area of 68.3 square kilometers with a population of 19,000, it is traversed by the eastern section of the Sichuan-Yunnan Highway. The town administers 12 village committees including Yanjing, Tianle, Gaomuding, Guanlin, Baicun, Yangba, Fengjiang, Baozhu, Hongqiao, Ziyun, Aolong, and Xinyuan, as well as 5 residential committees: Yandian Street, Zhongxin Street, Daqiao Street, Xinjian Street, and Xiazhuba.
