The founding date of Fengshan Tianqi Temple is unknown. The main surviving structure, the main hall, is a relic from the Yuan Dynasty, with the rest of the buildings dating to the Qing Dynasty. The entire temple faces south and has a two-courtyard layout, covering an area of 1,220 square meters. The structures along the central axis, from south to north, currently include the mountain gate, the main hall, as well as side structures such as the east and west dressing towers, bell and drum towers, east and west side halls, east and west corridors, and the east side chamber.

The main hall stands on a stone platform 60 cm high. It has three bays in width and four rafters in depth, with a nearly square floor plan. It features a single-eave, hanging-hip roof. The front eaves' column-top bracket sets are fitted with layered brackets and bracket arms, supporting a slightly upturned eave edge. The front eave columns have large brackets, while the side eave columns have smaller ones. The roof purlins are supported by bracket sets, and the roof beams are exposed, showing clear interlocking structures and connections. The main structure is relatively intact, especially the wooden components, which are well-preserved and exhibit distinctive architectural style and craftsmanship, making it a fairly typical example of Yuan Dynasty architecture. Inside, there is a stone stele inscribed with “Record of the Casting of the Bell at Tianqi Temple,” dated to the 18th year of the Daoguang era (1839).

Fengshan Village, Jidian Township, Huguan County, is located at the border between Pingshun and Huguan, adjacent to the Qingyang Road, offering convenient transportation. The Changzhi Expressway runs through the village. The village has 377 households with a total population of 1,013. Among them, there are 36 poor households, 12 relief households, 9 extremely poor households, and 293 general households. The agricultural population is 994, and the non-agricultural population is 19. The total cultivated land area is 801.6 mu, averaging 0.8 mu per person.
