The Former Residence of Lu Deming is located in Group 1, Zhuyuan Village, Zhongquan Town, Ziliujing District, Zigong City. Originally built during the Qing Dynasty, Lu Deming was born here in 1905. The preserved residence features a symmetrical three-courtyard layout along a central axis, facing south. The courtyard is 24.3 meters deep and 44 meters wide, with a total floor area of approximately 674 square meters. The walls are constructed using a combination of rammed earth and bamboo-woven panels, representing a typical residential style of southern Sichuan. The Former Residence of Lu Deming serves as a site for the public to learn about this pioneer of China's revolution, as well as for patriotic education and commemoration. It is an important venue for inspiring patriotism, uplifting national spirit, promoting revolutionary traditions, and inheriting Chinese culture.

In 2019, the Former Residence of Lu Deming was designated as part of the ninth batch of Sichuan Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Units by the People's Government of Sichuan Province.
