Green Zhou Selenium-Rich Fruits Expo Park is the only selenium-rich citrus production base in Kaizhou District. Situated by the picturesque Hanfeng Lake, it provides a full view of the lake and the new urban district of Kaixian. With a planting scale of around 500 acres, it has registered the “Yukang” brand of citrus, which has been awarded Chongqing green food certification. The “Yukaikai Navel Orange” and “Yukaikai Blood Orange” have been recognized as “Chongqing Famous Brand Agricultural Products.” This base serves as an important citrus export production site in Kaizhou District. The planted varieties include selenium-rich red-flesh oranges, selenium-rich blood oranges, navel oranges, and more. There are four rural tourism hotels rated two stars or above in the vicinity, with a total of nearly 30 beds and 300 dining seats.
