The Sichuan Red Army Second Route Guerrilla Martyrs' Cemetery is located 38 kilometers from Fuling urban area in Luoyun Township, Fuling District. Covering an area of 10 mu with approximately 4,000 square meters of green space, the cemetery offers a pleasant and tranquil environment. It features an exhibition room, a memorial square, a memorial monument, martyrs' tombs, and a relief wall. The exhibition room mainly displays photographs, textual materials, and personal belongings of revolutionary heroes such as Li Mingke, along with related texts and audiovisual resources. These materials comprehensively recount the glorious history of establishing the Luoyun Party Branch, forming the Peasants' Association, the uprising of the Land Congress, establishing the Peasants' Red Guards, the Fuling Mutiny, the birth of the Red Army guerrillas, and their revolutionary struggles as they moved through the Wuling Mountains. The memorial monument bears the inscription "Monument to the Sichuan Red Army Second Route Guerrilla," written by Xie Shijie, former Secretary of the Sichuan Provincial Committee. The martyrs' tombs house the remains of Zhong Shanshu, founder of the Luoyun Party Branch, and key leaders of the Red Army guerrillas’ Red Guards, Yin Jinyang and Liu Fuyang.

Luoyun Township: A township under the jurisdiction of Zhicheng District, Fuling City. Established in 1932 as Luoyun Township, it retained the name after the founding of the People's Republic of China, was reorganized into a commune in 1958, reinstated as a township in 1983, and merged with Hexing Township in 1992.
