Longmu Bay is located along the southwestern coastline of Ledong County, with a bay stretching 33.7 kilometers in length. It connects to the west with Dongfang City and is 45 kilometers away from Basuo Port. It is a natural harbor with relatively deep waters and good shelter from wind. The newly built Lingtou Fishing Port is situated within Longmu Bay. The bay enjoys convenient transportation, with nearby access to railways, highways, and the round-island expressway. The long-flowing Lingtou River flows into the bay and meets the sea. The bay is just 10 kilometers north of Jianfengling National Forest Park, and its eastern and western sides feature flat, pristine white sandy beaches. The Longmu Bay International Resort project has entered the preliminary construction phase. This project is invested and developed by Jiangsu Guoxin Group, and plans include the construction of hotels, resorts, golf courses, marine sports and leisure centers, health-focused residential communities, and commercial facilities. Covering an area of 5,054 mu (approximately 337 hectares), the total planned investment is 15 billion yuan, with the construction site located in Sun City, Foluo Town. Short-term projects to be developed include: a 45-hole contiguous golf course; the Octopus Super Five-Star Hotel; property-style five-star resort villas; Huatai Garden Five-Star Financial Club and community; Sports Park Apartments; Guanxia Beach bathing area and commercial center district; Guanxia Scenic Boulevard and Qixia Boulevard; SPA city, rehabilitation and medical center; cultural performance and premium business training center; specialty product shopping and tropical agriculture trading center; train station and long-distance bus terminal; as well as infrastructure such as roads, water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, gas stations, and landscape gardens.
