The former site of the Qiongya Special Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and the Headquarters of the Qiongya Column is located in Nanfeng Town, Danzhou City, dating back to the Republican era. It is a cultural relic protection unit of Hainan Province.

Protected area: to the east is the road in front of the site, to the west is the enclosing wall, to the south is the side wall of Chen Zitang’s residence, and to the north is the side wall of Wang Zhinian’s residence, covering an area of 146 square meters.

Nanfeng Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Danzhou City. Established as Nanfeng Township in 1957, later changed to a commune, designated as a district in 1983, and upgraded to a town in 1986. Located in the southern part of the city, on the northern shore of the Songtao Reservoir, it is 14 kilometers from the municipal government. Covering an area of 260.3 square kilometers, it has a population of 22,000. It is the starting and ending point of the Na (Da)–Nan (Feng) Highway and is accessible by waterway.
