The Eman Salt Fields are a cultural heritage site protected at the Hainan Provincial level.

The Eman Salt Fields are located in Eman Town, Danzhou City, dating back to the Song Dynasty. They are a cultural heritage site protected at the Hainan Provincial level.

Protected Area: Extending 10 meters outward from the boundaries of the salt fields in the four current natural villages—Xiaodi, Xisha, Lingfan, and Yanding—the total protected area covers 769,282 square meters.

Eman Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Danzhou City. Established as Eman Township in 1957, later changed to a commune, upgraded to a district in 1983, and became a town in 1986. Located in the northwest of the city, it is 49.5 kilometers from the municipal government. Covering an area of 70.5 square kilometers, it has a population of 19,000. The Na (Da)–Gan (Chong) Highway passes through the town. It administers 13 village committees: Huangsha, Wangpo, Tianjing, Changrong, Yanding, Longmen, Bijia, Duomei, Eman, Gaogen, DuoYe, Maoyuan, and Pianshi. The main agricultural products include rice, sweet potatoes, sesame, and beans.
