The Founding Venue of the Asia Forum

Standing by the Wanquan River, the founding venue witnessed the historic moments of the inaugural conference and the first annual meeting of the Boao Forum for Asia. Its architecture is distinctive—pure white in color, cone-shaped, tall and dynamic. The venue is equipped with simultaneous interpretation in four languages, live projection imaging, sound systems, temporary broadband systems, and more. The ceiling is made up of eight steel membrane panels, forming an open, three-sided ventilated Australian-style design that is widely popular internationally.
