Protected Area: Defined by the boundary of the structure itself, extending 34.18 meters eastward, 20.71 meters southward, 37.53 meters westward, and 19.93 meters northward, with a total area of 3,669.07 square meters.

Changpo Town is situated in the northeastern part of Qionghai City. The town government is located at longitude 19.40°E and latitude 110.60°N. The coastal highway Lingwenjia runs through the town. The town faces the South China Sea to the east, borders Longwan and Tanmen ports to the south, adjoins Tayang Town to the west, connects with Huangzhu Town of Ding’an County to the northwest, and neighbors Chongxing and Huawen towns of Wenchang City to the northeast.
