The Wang Family Residence is located in Jiaji Town, Qionghai City, dating back to 1915. It is a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Hainan Province.

Protected area: the boundary is defined by the edge of the structure itself, extending 8.78 meters eastward, 34.24 meters southward, 3.00 meters westward, and 13.46 meters northward, covering a total area of 2,325.58 square meters.

Jiaji Town: Jiaji Town is the political, economic, and cultural center of Qionghai City, as well as an important commercial hub in eastern Hainan. It is situated on the scenic Wanquan River, covering an area of 196 square kilometers. The town governs 47 village (residential) committees, with a permanent population of 198,000. In November 2017, it was named a National Civilized Town.
