Beihai Jiahe-Guanshanhai Scenic Area

The Beihai Jiahe-Guanshanhai Scenic Area is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

Jiahe Guanshanhai covers a total area of 1,500 acres with a built-up area of 1 million m². The project is located in the western section of Yintan, known as "the No. 1 Beach under Heaven," backs onto the national forest park Guantouling, and neighbors the "Best Greens Golf Course in China" — Haimen Golf Course. Perched on the hills with views of the sea, and bringing the ocean into the city, the development meets coastal resort living needs by integrating five major systems: resort residences, resort landscaping, resort services, resort security, and resort commerce, to create a southern Chinese mountain-and-sea golf resort city.

The project is situated in the western Yintan area, a key high-end coastal resort residential zone developed by Beihai. It features two international-standard 18-hole golf courses, five large five-star hotels, two marina berths (Qiaogang Marina and Yintan Marina), one international yacht harbor, and two international yacht clubs. This area is the starting port of the ancient Maritime Silk Road and is also home to the only state guest reception center in Beihai — Guanling Villa.

Through the "Bringing the Sea into the City" project, the various lakes within the Haimen Golf Course have been interconnected to form a 3.3-kilometer meandering inland bay that encircles the golf course. This has created an extended coastline of Yintan’s silver beach and a golden water tourism route around the golf course. Additionally, based on the inland bay, Guangxi’s largest freshwater surfing pool has been built. This ensures every resident of Guanshanhai can enjoy the exclusive coastal amenities and a sense of luxury right at their doorstep. Jiahe Guanshanhai will create a world-class mountain-and-sea golf resort city for its residents through its five integrated resort systems.
