Hépǔ County's Longhu Villa is located 1 kilometer from the Baishā exit of the Guangxi Héshān Expressway. It sits at the center of the eastern townships of Hépǔ County. The villa is 5 kilometers from the Dong’an Development Zone of Tieshān Port in Běihǎi City, 60 kilometers from Hépǔ County seat, 90 kilometers from downtown Běihǎi, 80 kilometers from Bóbái County seat in Yùlín City, and 100 kilometers from downtown Zhànníng City in Guǎngdōng. The location enjoys excellent transportation links and is very convenient.

The villa boasts beautiful scenery with lush mountains and clear waters, and has produced many talented individuals — it is known as a retreat for centenarians. Over two hundred varieties of subtropical trees, fruit trees, and flowers grow here, including the widely renowned Xiangshan Chicken Beak Lychee.
