Hepu Menghuan Coastal Sports & Culture Park

Hepu Menghuan Coastal Sports & Culture Park has been rated as a Five-Star Rural Tourism Area in Guangxi. Also known as Menghuan Coastal Eco-Park, it is located in the area connecting the Beihai Industrial Park and the Hepu Industrial Park. The scenic area enjoys convenient transportation — Bus No. 109 goes directly to the park, with buses departing every 10 minutes.

The project covers a total area of 500 mu, with over 300 mu developed in the first phase. Facilities already built include a garden restaurant, a zoo, a children’s playground, a Mongolian-themed cultural area, a fishing pond, a fruit-picking garden, a botanical garden, and a leisure corridor. The construction has also been completed for an archery field, an 11-a-side standard football pitch, a swimming pool, a sports square, a restaurant, a hotel, meeting rooms, roads, parking lots, and restrooms. Currently, ongoing development and improvements are underway for the sports square, football field, table tennis room, gym, outdoor fitness trail, basketball court, camping base, CS jungle battlefield, and children’s playground. Menghuan Coastal Sports & Culture Park closely integrates rural tourism with sports, creating an outdoor destination rich in atmosphere, ideal for hosting top-tier competitions, fostering mass sports participation, and offering pleasant green spaces. It provides visitors with distinctive leisure activities such as fruit picking, barbecuing, planting, football, camping, swimming, and outdoor team-building. It is the perfect place for tourists seeking rural experiences and outdoor recreation.

The park has been officially designated as the Guangxi Archery Training Base, Youth Entrepreneurship Park, and Youth Activity Center. It has successfully hosted the 2016 Central and South China Regional Archery Invitational Tournament and the 2017 National Archery Key Cities Championship. It has also accommodated archery teams from South Korea, Shanghai, Henan, Tianjin, and other domestic and international squads, as well as winter training camps for football teams from across the country.
