Qingquan Drifting

Qingquan Drifting is located in Qingquan Village, Maojiawan Town, Yuanqu County, about 18 kilometers from the county town. The main course of Qingquan water drifting is situated along the upper reaches of the Banjian River, a natural riverway with abundant, unpolluted water. The drifting route spans four kilometers and takes approximately two hours. As you float through the grand canyon, you will be captivated by the beauty of nature—you’ll see a galaxy of stars reflected on the water, green mountains, peculiar rocks, steep cliffs, and the fiery red leaves covering the hills; you’ll hear laughter, shouts, screams, the rushing sound of water, and the chirps of birds and insects; and you’ll feel an incredible sense of coolness, relaxation, and joy. Qingquan Drifting is the perfect destination for summer escapes, cooling off, water fun, and recreation.

120 RMB, including scenic area ticket, raft drifting, safety equipment, and shuttle transport fees.

Scenic Area Transportation Guide:

Take a bus from Yuncheng Central Bus Station to Yuanqu County Town (100 km), then transfer to a bus heading to Maojiawan Town and get off at Qingquan Village.

Take a bus from Linfen Bus Passenger Transport Station to Yuanqu County Town (120 km), then transfer to a bus heading to Maojiawan Town and get off at Qingquan Village.

Self-driving Route:

From Yuncheng: (100 km) Take the Da-Yun Expressway → Wen-Yuan Expressway → exit at Yuanqu Expressway Exit → turn right 18 km after exiting (Qingquan Village, Maojiawan Town)

From Linfen: (120 km) Take the Da-Yun Expressway → Wen-Yuan Expressway → exit at Yuanqu Expressway Exit → turn right 18 km after exiting (Qingquan Village, Maojiawan Town)

From Jiyuan: (110 km) Take the Chang-Ji Expressway → Wen-Yuan Expressway → exit at Yuanqu Expressway Exit → turn right 18 km after exiting (Qingquan Village, Maojiawan Town)
