Bobai County People's Park, located on the northern side of the county town, was established in 1926. Originally named "Zhongshan Park," it was renamed "Bobai County People's Park" in 1956. The park covers an area of 18,432 square meters. The hills within the park have been fully landscaped, featuring lush trees, winding paths, and blossoms that adorn pavilions and scenic spots, creating a vibrant scene full of fragrant flowers and birdsong. The park includes Denggao Ridge, where at the mountaintop, verdant pines and cypresses surround the majestic Revolutionary Martyrs' Monument. From the top, visitors can enjoy a panoramic view of the entire Bobai County. In front of the monument stands a statue of Zhu Xiangang, former Secretary of the Guangxi Special Committee and revolutionary martyr. To the right is Zhu Guang Pavilion, to the left are a memorial hall, zoo, amusement park, water park, open-air dance hall, and more. It is a well-equipped leisure and tourist destination in the county. To the east lies Chengdong Reservoir (where visitors can go boating and fishing). To the north is a 10,000-mu longan base, where visitors can taste the harvest. To the west is Nannliu East (where boating and fishing are available), Shuangjiao Peak, Jiangjun Ridge, and Jiguan Reservoir. It serves as a hub for leisure and holiday activities, receiving approximately 300,000 tourists and leisure visitors annually. The site holds significant development value and promising economic potential.
