Jixingyan

Jixingyan is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

The Jixingyan Scenic Area is located in the southern part of Debao County, 12 kilometers from the county town. With its beautiful scenery and diverse landforms, it has been praised by experts as a rare "museum" of karst formations and a "heavenly labyrinth."

The scenic area spans five major mountains and is primarily composed of six major sections: the Preface Cave, Tongtian Cave, Dragon King Palace (underground river), Jingtian Cave, Unnamed Cave, and Motian Cave. The caves range in width from 5 to 40 meters and in height from 3 to 30 meters. Over 500 scenic spots have been discovered so far, spanning a total length of more than 4,000 meters. More than 200 of these sites are open to visitors.

The area features a mysterious ancient pool that has existed for millennia, the thrilling spiral staircase leading up through Jingtian Cave, and the striking Sea God’s Needle that appears to pierce the ground. There are also depictions of golden rice fields symbolizing autumn in the Zhuang region, vivid carvings of lion dancers rolling balls, the resonant tones of an ancient thousand-year bell, intricate floor patterns resembling musical staffs, the resplendent Moon Gold Mountain, and the high-contrast Silver Beach and Silver Sea. Additionally, there are a wide variety of colorful animal, plant, object, and landform formations.
