Jianhe Water Conservancy Scenic Area in Debao County is located in Debao County, Baise City, Guangxi Autonomous Region. Built along the Jianhe River, it is a natural river and lake-type water conservancy scenic area, covering a planned area of 4.8 square kilometers.

The scenic area is set against the karst natural ecological landscape of the Jianhe River basin and the rich and colorful cultural customs of the Zhuang people, and is characterized by the meandering and graceful curves of the Jianhe River, the diverse spatial variations of the river channel, and idyllic pastoral scenery reminiscent of a paradise on earth. It is a comprehensive water conservancy scenic area that integrates leisure and vacation, sightseeing, cultural experience, water activities, nature conservation, and science education. The river boasts good water quality and abundant flow, running through the entire urban area of Debao County, making it the mother river of the county. The terrain of the county is higher in the northwest and lower in the southeast, with karst limestone mountains gently descending from west to east, forming a landscape of "mountains encircling and rivers flowing through valleys." The banks of the Jianhe River feature picturesque scenery, with clear waters meandering, and reflections of rugged peaks, creating a vibrant and colorful scroll-like panorama.
