Feilong Lake Tourist Resort is located two kilometers upstream of the Taiping River in Fengyi Village, Libu Town, Cangwu County, Guangxi. It is 13 kilometers from the intersection of National Highway 207, 60 kilometers from Wuzhou City, and 75 kilometers from Cangwu County. The resort comprises the Feilong Lake area, numerous islands, scenic mountains, forests, springs, a vast collection of waterfalls, and distinctive ethnic minority villages, and is named after the ancient dragon god legend of the local Pan Yao people.

Surrounded by overlapping mountains, Feilong Lake is embraced by lush, dense forests. Its clear, bright waters resemble a mirror embedded in emerald hills and green peaks. The tranquil beauty of the lake and mountain scenery offers visitors a refreshing and serene experience.

The most spectacular sight at Feilong Lake is the Huangdian Cascade Waterfall Group. This group of waterfalls plunges down from the mid-slopes of three mountains—Huangdian, Jueyin, and Shigui—which rise over 300 meters high, forming more than ten individual waterfalls. The entire cascade stretches over two kilometers, with the highest waterfall dropping nearly 20 meters. The waterfall area features rugged rocks and ancient, towering trees, making it a panoramic forest and spring scenic spot. Additionally, the Fairy Pond Water Recreation Area and the Feilong Lake Water Recreation Area offer a variety of exciting activities for visitors to enjoy and participate in. Every year during the Panwang Festival, also known as the Panwang Sacrificial Ceremony, large-scale festive events are held here, allowing visitors to experience the mysterious and captivating essence of ethnic culture.

Libu Town: Libu Town is located in the northeastern part of Cangwu County, bordering Guangdong Province to the east, Liubao Town to the west, Mushuang Town to the south, and Shiqiao Town to the north. The town government is situated in Libu Township, 65 kilometers from the county seat. The town covers a total area of 246 square kilometers and has a population of 28,174, with Han Chinese accounting for 99% and the remaining population consisting of Yao and Zhuang ethnic groups. The town is divided into 12 village committees: Libu, Tianzhong, Huaying, Shadi, Liaokou, Majin, Qingshui, Simei, Fengyi, Wangwan, Longchong, and Weidi.
