Zhuzhou Cultural Park is located in downtown Zhuzhou. The under-construction park has a total investment of 20 million yuan and emphasizes cultural features with strong artistic elements. It includes a national first-class library, museum, art gallery, calligraphy and painting academy, and Huludao Teahouse. Once completed, the cultural park will become an excellent destination for weekend leisure and recreation for the residents of Zhuzhou.

The cultural park is essentially a small urban park. Like most parks, it features an artificial lake, small bridges, recreational facilities, and plenty of trees.
