The Soviet-style architecture of the State-owned No. 331 Factory is a Zhuzhou Municipal Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

Zhuzhou Municipal Cultural Relics Protection Unit — the Soviet-style architectural complex of Construction Villages No. 1 and No. 2.

The Soviet-style buildings mainly refer to the Soviet-style residences in the Construction Village of Factory 331 and the villas for Soviet experts at Factory 331. These red Soviet-style houses were built in the early 1950s and serve as one of the earliest testimonies of Zhuzhou’s industrial era. In October 2011, Zhuzhou City renovated 12 Soviet-style buildings in Construction Villages No. 1 and No. 2 of the Southern Company. Following the principle of “repairing as old,” efforts were made to preserve their original appearance to the greatest extent. Dongjiaduan Subdistrict: Wulidun Township and Dongjiaduan Subdistrict have been merged into the newly established Dongjiaduan Subdistrict.

　Dongjiaduan Subdistrict is located in the southeastern corner of Zhuzhou City, bordering the Zhejiang-Jiangxi Railway to the east, the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway and Line 1815 to the west, and adjacent to Longquan Subdistrict, Fengxi Subdistrict, and Wulidun Township on all other sides. It administers 10 community resident committees including Xinyue, Xingfu, Youhao, Zhongxin, Laodong, Nanyuan, Nanhua, Xinquan, Xinli, and Nanyan, along with over 30 natural villages.
