Hanshou Xifeng Lake National Wetland Park is a national-level wetland park.

Hanshou County Xifeng Lake National Wetland Park is part of the Dongting Lake water system. It is located in the central area of Hanshou County, 5 kilometers from the county town and 30 kilometers from Changde City. Its upper reaches start separately from Canggang Town and Niulu Village in Maojiatan Township, encompassing the Canglang River, Nanhu Diversion River, and Anle Lake. The lower reaches are directly connected to the West Dongting Lake National Nature Reserve. Covering a total area of 1,836.53 hectares, with wetland areas spanning 1,544.45 hectares, the park includes four types of wetlands—such as lake and river wetlands—and is composed of five major zones: wetland conservation, restoration and reconstruction, education and exhibition, rational utilization, and management services. It holds significant ecological importance, boasts rich biodiversity, and plays a crucial role in establishing a comprehensive ecological protection framework for the Dongting Lake basin, improving the wetland and biodiversity conservation system of Dongting Lake, and enhancing ecological civilization.
