Suohe Tourist Area
The Suohe Tourist Area is located in the northwest of Caidian District, primarily within Suohe Town, approximately 40 kilometers from downtown Wuhan and 20 kilometers from the Caidian District government. It already hosts tourism enterprises such as the CS Combat Base (formerly Wuhan Forest Wildlife Park), Jinlong Shuizhai, Zhiyin Lotus Viewing Garden, and Songyang Mountain Villa. The planned total area of the tourist zone is 327.52 hectares, mainly divided into several major sections: Jinlong Island, Fairy Beach, Suozi Long River, and Songyang Temple. Among these, Songyang Temple is the predecessor of Guiyuan Temple in Hanyang, with existing ruins. The area boasts abundant tourism resources and is highly suitable for tourism development.
