Songtao Mountain Villa is a national AAA-level tourist attraction and a national water conservancy scenic area.

Songtao Mountain Villa is located in the northern suburbs of the city, on the banks of the Han River. Surrounded by water on three sides, it forms a peninsula shape and is about 4 kilometers from downtown. The villa covers an area of 2,347 acres, with fifteen hills densely covered in pine forests. A variety of trees are planted here, including Liu Song, cedar, osmanthus, peach, and more, with green coverage exceeding 85%.

The estate houses tea gardens, orange orchards, persimmon gardens, kiwi fruit orchards, apple orchards, cherry blossom gardens, ginkgo gardens, and Jixiu Garden. The renowned teas "Songtao Bi Jian" and "Songtao Yin Zhen" have won provincial gold awards multiple times. It has gradually developed into a botanical garden that combines tourism, ecological agriculture, and environmental protection, offering flowers in spring, shade in summer, fruits in autumn, and scenery in winter, blending both artificial and natural elements.

The newly opened Cui Xin Yuan Restaurant and Wen Ying Ju Hotel provide tourists with a comprehensive one-stop service system of food, accommodation, and travel, characterized by high-end quality, convenience, and excellent service. The estate's "vacation villas" offer a warm and cozy experience, while the "Wangjiang Tower" atop the mountain ridge provides a breathtaking panoramic view of the lake and surrounding landscape, inspiring a sense of serenity and wonder.
