Guanqiao Group 8 is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Situated in Guanqiao Town, Jiayu County, Guanqiao Group 8 is five kilometers from the county seat, covering a total area of 3.8 square kilometers. After years of development, the area has evolved into an “urbanized village with garden-style factories,” becoming a beautiful landmark of Jiayu.

With its verdant mountains and clear waters creating a harmonious scene, and pollution-free air refreshing the senses, it's an ideal destination to relax and reconnect with nature. South Lake and North Lake are like emerald jade plates embedded in the beautiful land of Group 8; ancient trees tower above, while birds sing and flowers bloom, making the natural oxygen bar of the Forest Park evergreen all year round; energy-saving and environmentally friendly, with well-equipped facilities, the villagers' villas are tucked among green trees and blooming flowers. In December 2007, Guanqiao Group 8 was designated as a “National Agricultural Tourism Demonstration Site” by the National Tourism Administration; in 2013, it was rated as a national AAA-level tourist attraction. The International Department of the CPC Central Committee and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs have designated Guanqiao Group 8 as a base for visiting and inspecting foreign political party cadres, and delegations from the United Nations and more than 30 countries have visited and highly praised the site.

Major Attractions:

I. South Lake and North Lake

With beautiful scenery of clear mountains and waters, and fresh air free from pollution, this is a perfect place to relax, unwind, and return to nature.

II. Forest Park

The park features towering ancient trees, lush flowers and plants, and fresh air, making it a natural forest oxygen bar. Strolling along the forest paths, listening to the rustling pines and cheerful birdsongs, one can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, feeling refreshed and reluctant to leave.

III. Wenchang Tower

Symbolizing the flourishing of culture, and embodying the field spirit of “seeking truth, innovation, development, and harmony,” Wenchang Tower is the iconic building of Field Group.

IV. Qiankun Pavilion

Qiankun Pavilion has three floors and is 19 meters high, with a construction area of about 700 square meters. Combining the surrounding landscapes such as existing hills, lakes, and the Forest Park, it includes sparse forest areas, dense forest areas, gardens, and the Listening-to-Rain Pavilion, and features attractions such as an entrance archway, Qiankun Pavilion, scenic pavilions, corridor frames, and corner pavilions.

V. Guanqiao Village Group 8 New Village

The villas are fully equipped with practical and well-arranged layouts including study rooms, living rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms. They come with amenities such as LCD TVs, computers, leather sofas, and more.
