Located on the old street of Gucheng Village, Zouma Town, Hefeng County. From April 1929 to February 1933, the Western Hunan-Hubei Front Committee of the Communist Party of China, the headquarters of the Fourth Red Army, the Front Committee of the Second Red Army, the headquarters of the Second Red Army, the Central Sub-Bureau of the Western Hunan-Hubei of the Communist Party of China, and the headquarters of the Third Red Army all had their offices here. He Long personally commanded the famous Zoumaping Reorganization here. This site was built during the Republic of China era, faces northwest with its back to the southeast, and is a wooden, tiled house with a gable-and-hip roof and a through-tenon structure. It has seven pillars and six beams, four doors and three large rooms, covering a construction area of 135 square meters. The frontage spans three bays at 12.3 meters, with a depth of two bays at 11 meters. The front eave pillars are 4.55 meters high, the rear eave pillars 2.65 meters, and the central pillar 6.6 meters. This former site serves as an important physical material for studying the history of the Second Red Army Corps and holds significant historical value and commemorative meaning.

Protected Area: Bounded by the heritage building itself and its surrounding perimeter walls.

Construction Control Zone: Extends 5 meters northwest and 8 meters southeast from the protected area.
