The Longdong Mountain (Huashan Hunting Ground) tourist area is located in Xiwangbao Township, Huai’an County, covering an area of 30,000 mu. The area features dense primitive forest vegetation, with wildflowers blooming vibrantly in summer and snow-covered landscapes in winter. It boasts the famous Longdong Mountain Waterfall and uniquely styled ancient temples and monasteries. The natural environment here is serene and the area has begun to take shape. The most attractive event is the Temple Fair of the Nine Heavens Fairy Goddess, held annually on the eighth day of the fourth lunar month. The legendary tales of immortals draw thousands of visitors who spontaneously gather here to worship. With a history spanning several hundred years since the Hongwu era of the Ming Dynasty, the fair has enjoyed continuous popularity. The tourist area is currently open for investment and development. Its development can drive the economic growth of the surrounding regions, catching the fast train of the national Western Development Strategy and playing a positive role in boosting the economy of Huai’an County.

Xiwangbao Township: Xiwangbao Township is the hometown of Kang Shien, former Vice Premier of the State Council. It is located in the western part of Huai’an County, Zhangjiakou City, with a total area of 117.6 square kilometers. The township comprises 15 administrative villages, including 10 impoverished villages and 5 non-impoverished villages.
