The Xiyang River City Wall is a cultural heritage protection unit of Hebei Province.

The Xiyang River City Wall is an ancient Ming Dynasty structure, located in Xiyanghe Village, Dukoubao Township, Huai’an County, Zhangjiakou City. On October 20, 2008, it was designated as part of the fifth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage protection units by the People’s Government of Hebei Province.

Xiyanghe Village: Located at the junction of Shanxi, Hebei, and Inner Mongolia, the village is 7.5 kilometers from the township government. It has 401 households and a population of 1,219, with 309 currently permanent households and 877 residents. There are 64 registered poor households totaling 95 people, and the poverty incidence rate was 0.5% by the end of 2018.

The village’s two committees underwent a leadership transition in 2018, consisting of four cadres. The village has 63 Party members.

The village resident work team consists of one cadre each from the County Market Supervision Bureau and the Water Resources Bureau, with the First Secretary appointed from the Market Supervision Bureau, Zhang Jiyan.
