Phoenix Mountain Agricultural Eco-Sightseeing Park: Located 3 kilometers west of Guanpo Town in the middle section of Guanpoling, the Phoenix Mountain Agricultural Eco-Sightseeing Park covers an area of over 5,000 acres, with a forest coverage rate of over 98%. There are two natural mountain springs in the hills, and the park is home to more than 10 species of wild animals including golden pheasants, mountain eagles, masked palm civets, wild boars, rabbits, deer, squirrels, and hedgehogs. There are also over 20 species of trees such as Chinese pine, Huashan pine, cypress, catalpa, poplar, Chinese scholar tree, birch, oak, bluehorn oak, lacquer tree, and crabapple, as well as over 30 varieties of fruit trees including walnuts, chestnuts, peach trees, plum trees, apricot trees, cherries, golden sand pears, Japanese persimmons, and kiwifruit. In addition, there are over 50 types of medicinal herbs such as cornus, magnolia flower, eucommia, hawthorn, gastrodia, poria, forsythia, schisandra, kudzu root, yam, bupleurum, and salvia. Forests, fruit trees, medicinal plants, and various trees are spread throughout the park’s valleys and hills, earning it the nicknames “Natural Medicine Treasury” and “Mountain of Flowers and Fruits.” The park sits at an altitude of 1,000–1,200 meters, offering cool and pleasant temperatures in summer. With its rich ecological vegetation, the area bursts into colorful mountain and fruit blossoms in spring, turns lush and green in summer, bears abundant fruits in autumn, and echoes with the rustle of pine trees in winter. It is an ideal destination for leisure, vacation, fruit picking, and fun, attracting over 30,000 visitors from the town and surrounding areas each year.
