Shidashan Anti-Japanese War Memorial Monument: Shidashan is located 5 kilometers northwest of Guandaokou Town, at an elevation of 1,900 meters, and is a peak in the western part of the Xiaoshan Mountain Range. The mountain features sheer cliffs, treacherous terrain, and narrow passes that are easy to defend but hard to attack. Owing to its precarious surroundings and the presence of General Mountain directly to the south—with a protruding “fishback ridge” in the center—it forms a crucial pass along the ancient Qianhan Trail leading southward, historically a fiercely contested military stronghold. The Battle of Shidashan was the final campaign of the Henan-Western Resistance War during China’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, marking a glorious chapter in the history of the nation's fight against Japan. The Nationalist Army made tremendous sacrifices to secure victory, with nearly a thousand soldiers giving their lives for the country. After the battle, the remains of the fallen were laid to rest at Chenjialing, where the spirits of these anti-Japanese heroes rest eternally beneath Shidashan.

Guandaokou Town: Guandaokou Town is situated at the northern end of Lushi County. It covers an area of 209 square kilometers and has a population of 21,696 (2017).
