The Ancient Town Du Ruins are a cultural heritage protection unit of Shandong Province.

The Ancient Town Du Ruins are located in Zhuangyuan Subdistrict, Qixia City, dating back to the Neolithic Age.

On June 23, 2015, the Ancient Town Du Ruins were designated as part of the fifth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage protection units by the People's Government of Shandong Province.

Zhuangyuan Subdistrict: Zhuangyuan Subdistrict is situated in the northwest of Qixia City. It borders Cuiping Subdistrict to the south, Xicheng Town to the west, and Songshan Subdistrict to the north, covering a total area of 71.2 square kilometers. The subdistrict has 1,320 hectares of arable land and a forest coverage rate of 52.1%. It governs 45 administrative villages with a total population of 51,914.

In December 2000, Zhuangyuan Subdistrict was established after being separated from the former Qixia Town. The subdistrict boasts a rich historical and cultural heritage, with numerous notable historical figures and relics.
