The YanDunJiao Seagrass Thatched Cottages are a Shandong Provincial Cultural Heritage Conservation Unit.

The YanDunJiao Seagrass Thatched Cottages are located in Liidao Town, Rongcheng City, dating from the Qing Dynasty to the People's Republic of China.

On June 23, 2015, the YanDunJiao Seagrass Thatched Cottages were designated as part of the fifth batch of Shandong Provincial Cultural Heritage Conservation Units by the Shandong Provincial People’s Government.

Liidao Town: Located at the easternmost tip of the Shandong Peninsula, Liidao Town faces South Korea and Japan across the sea, with an 80-li-long coastline, like a dazzling pearl set on the shores of China’s Yellow Sea. The town covers a total area of 108 square kilometers, governs 71 administrative villages and 7 residential committees, with a total population of 38,000.
