Zibo Guan Zhong Memorial Hall is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Guan Zhong was a great statesman, military strategist, thinker, and economist of China’s Spring and Autumn Period. His remarkable achievements in assisting Duke Huan of Qi to pursue reform, enrich the country and strengthen the army, unite the feudal lords, and bring order to the realm, along with his profound philosophy of “the people as the foundation of the state,” combining rites with laws, promoting commerce, and adopting an open and pragmatic approach, have earned him acclaim from generations past and present. Confucius praised him as “benevolent,” while Liang Qichao hailed him as “China’s greatest statesman” and “a giant in the academic and intellectual world.” After Guan Zhong’s death, he was buried at the northern foot of Niushan Mountain in Linzi — the renowned Tomb of Guan Zhong. The Guan Zhong Memorial Hall is built around the Tomb of Guan Zhong, grounded in the philosophy of the *Guanzi*, and structured along the timeline of Guan Zhong’s life. Through a variety of artistic methods, it not only showcases the glorious life of the “greatest prime minister in history,” but also comprehensively presents the profound wisdom of the *Guanzi*, while offering an integrated display of prime ministerial culture and the contributions of eminent prime ministers throughout history to society. The Guan Zhong Memorial Hall covers an area of 200,000 square meters, with a total investment of nearly 30 million yuan. It is divided into the exhibition area and the park area. The exhibition area spans 50,000 square meters and mainly consists of the Chinese Prime Ministers’ Hall, the Guan Zhong and *Guanzi* Thought Exhibition Halls (featuring Guan-Bao Friendship, Duke Huan Appointing Guan Zhong, Guan Zhong Governing Qi, First Hegemon of the Spring and Autumn Period, and Timeless Legacy), the Guan Zhong Shrine, and the Tomb of Guan Zhong. The park area covers 150,000 square meters, primarily including squares, green spaces, and supporting facilities.
