Yangxin Shuiluopo Folk Culture Tourism Area

Yangxin Shuiluopo Folk Culture Tourism Area is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

The tourism area consists of five folk culture industry parks: Dinglong, Pangu, Yixiang, Haotian, and Shungong. It mainly deals in classical furniture, ceramics, antiques, calligraphy and paintings, folk vintage items, and other products. Shuiluopo Town is known as the “Hometown of Chinese Classical Furniture,” the “Distribution Base for Chinese Ming and Qing Furniture, Wood Carvings, and Stone Carvings,” and the “Cultural Industry Base of Chinese Classical Furniture.” It holds significant influence nationwide, and within the classical furniture industry, it enjoys the reputation of “Gao Beidian in the north, Yangxin County in the south.” In December 2012, Shuiluopo Town, where the tourism area is located, was named a “Strong Tourism Town in Shandong Province.” At the same time, Dinglong Folk Culture Communication Company within the tourism area was recognized as a “Shandong Industrial Tourism Demonstration Site.” In December 2013, the tourism area was rated as a national AAA-level scenic spot. In July 2014, it was awarded the honorary title of China’s first “Famous Town of Chinese Collectible Culture,” further promoting the folk culture brand of our county.
