The scenic area is located in Wangji West Street Village, Jinyang Subdistrict Office. It features a large complex of cold and warm greenhouses for fruits and vegetables, aiming to integrate ecological planting, ecological breeding, pear picking, outdoor training, children’s theme parks, and eco-wellness, driven by land transfer and rural property rights system reform.

It is dedicated to the construction of the “Water-Rhythm Pear Village – Chunjiao Countryside” rural revitalization demonstration zone. The zone covers five natural villages: Wangji West Street, Wangji East Street, Wangji Back Street, Wangji Front Street, and Yanghutou, with a total of 733 households, over 2,000 residents, and 3,799 mu of arable land. Currently, 600 mu of land have been transferred, and facilities such as a fountain square, central park, and rural revitalization stage have been built. There is one connected greenhouse spanning 6,600 square meters, enabling pears to hit the market 25 days earlier and facilitating off-season sales; one 2,000-square-meter warm greenhouse grows pitaya, blueberries, and kiwi fruit, realizing the cultivation of southern fruits in the north; a 20-mu ecological farm raises 230 pigs; an 11,000-square-meter food and shopping street, a 3,000-square-meter fishing park and rafting base are in operation, and a 15,000-square-meter modern agricultural industrial park is under planning. During harvest season, the ecological park welcomes a continuous stream of visitors for fruit picking.
