The ruins of Baiheguan Temple and the ancient locust tree are a cultural heritage site protected by Wudi County.

The ruins of Baiheguan Temple and the ancient locust tree are located at the western end of Baiheguan Village, Chezhen Township, Wudi County, Binzhou City. Originally built as a Taoist temple during the Tang Dynasty, the exact year of its destruction is unknown. The temple foundation is an elevated piece of land, stretching 54 meters from north to south and 26 meters from east to west, standing 0.5 meters above the ground. According to the genealogy of the Yang family in Baiheguan Village: “During the Tang Dynasty, there was a temple here. In front of the temple stood a tree, with a sweet-water well to the south of the tree. To the west of the temple was a small river, and to the east lay a pond. The surroundings were tranquil and the scenery pleasant. Legend has it that white cranes once flew here, which is how the place got its name 'Baiheguan' (White Crane Temple). The ancient locust tree in front of the temple still remains. In November 2002, it was designated as a county-level cultural heritage protection site by the People’s Government of Wudi County.
