Former Site of the British Tobacco Company on Weiqi Road

The Former Site of the British Tobacco Company on Weiqi Road is a cultural heritage site protected by the Jinan Municipal Government.

Located at No. 9 Weiqi Road, it is said to have been the former site of the Kuomintang Shandong Provincial Committee, though some claim it was originally a British tobacco company and actually served as an intelligence station. It was later used by Jinan Tobacco and Liquor Company, which has since gone bankrupt, and the property is now owned by the Jinan State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. It is a two-story German-style building with an additional mezzanine floor. The structure is well-preserved and holds significant artistic value. On December 20, 2013, it was designated as part of the fourth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage sites by the Jinan Municipal Government.
