The traditional residential buildings on Dexin Lane, Jingliu Road are designated as municipal cultural heritage conservation units in Jinan.

The traditional residential buildings on Dexin Lane, Jingliu Road are located at No. 259 (north wing), No. 261, No. 265, No. 267, No. 269 (north wing), No. 271, No. 273, No. 275, and No. 279, Jingliu Road, Huaiyin District, dating back to 1934.

On December 20, 2013, these buildings were announced by the Jinan Municipal People’s Government as part of the fourth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage conservation units.
