Xiaozhongquan Catholic Church is a cultural relic protection unit of Shandong Province.

Xiaozhongquan Catholic Church is located in Hutun Town, Feicheng City, and dates back to 1910.

On June 23, 2015, Xiaozhongquan Catholic Church was designated as part of the fifth batch of Shandong Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Units by the People's Government of Shandong Province.

Hutun Town: "Hutun Town is situated at the western foot of Mount Tai, the foremost of China’s Five Great Mountains. To the east lies the High-Tech Zone of Feicheng City, to the west is Shiheng Town, to the south is Taoyuan Town, and to the north it borders Pingyin and Changqing. The town comprises 48 administrative villages (residential communities), with 12,000 households, a total population of 82,000, and covers an area of 86 square kilometers. There are five large and medium-sized state-owned and local coal mines within its jurisdiction. It has been recognized as a New-Type Rural Construction Town in Shandong Province, an Environmentally Beautiful Town in Shandong Province, an Advanced Unit in Safe Construction in Shandong Province, an Economically Strong Town in Tai’an City, a Civilized and Well-Off Town, and an Advanced Town in Spiritual Civilization Construction.
