The Xincheng Qunli Drainage Tunnel is a Shandong Provincial Cultural Heritage Site.

The Xincheng Qunli Drainage Tunnel is located in Xincheng Subdistrict, Feicheng City, and dates back to 1960.

On June 23, 2015, the Xincheng Qunli Drainage Tunnel was designated as part of the fifth batch of Shandong Provincial Cultural Heritage Sites by the People's Government of Shandong Province.

Xincheng Subdistrict: The Xincheng Subdistrict Office is situated at the western foot of Mount Tai, within the urban area of Feicheng City. It has a total population of 150,000, including 120,000 residents in nine urban neighborhood committees and 36,000 in 26 administrative villages. The area spans from 116°42′ to 116°50′ east longitude and 36°08′ to 36°12′ north latitude.

It stretches 11.9 kilometers from east to west and 7 kilometers from north to south, covering a total area of 50.3 square kilometers, which accounts for about 4% of the city’s total area. The arable land area is 34,000 mu. The subdistrict administers 26 administrative villages and 9 urban neighborhood committees.
