Shandong Quanlin Group is a large-scale enterprise group with papermaking and pulp as its core business, located in Gaotang County, Liaocheng City. It produces 700,000 tons of machine-made paper, 400,000 tons of refined pulp, 400,000 tons of organic fertilizer, and 2.4 billion food and medical packaging boxes annually. The company has built a national-level enterprise technology center, and has passed the integrated international management system certification for quality, environment, and occupational health and safety, as well as the National AAAA-level Standardized Good Behavior Enterprise Certification. It is among the first batch of national circular economy pilot enterprises, a national high-tech enterprise, one of the top ten papermaking enterprises in China, one of the six key pulp and paper groups nurtured by the Shandong Provincial Government, and a key hundred-billion-industry planned enterprise in Liaocheng City. The company has been awarded honors such as Shandong Province Environmental Protection Excellent Enterprise, National Advanced Enterprise in Quality and Benefit in Light Industry, and Top Ten Economic Benefit Enterprises in China’s Papermaking Industry. It is now a provincial-level industrial tourism demonstration site.
