The Martyr Yin Yiping's Martyrdom Site is a cultural relics protection unit of Gaotang County and a classic red tourism attraction.

The Martyr Yin Yiping's Martyrdom Site dates back to 1938 and is located in Xulou Village, Liulisi Town, Gaotang County.

In May 2008, the Martyr Yin Yiping's Martyrdom Site was designated as a county-level cultural relics protection unit.

Liulisi Town: Liulisi Town is located southeast of Gaotang County, approximately 25 kilometers from the county seat. It borders Chiping County, Qihe County, and Yucheng City, covering an area of 94.5 square kilometers with 85,023 mu of cultivated land. The town administers 7 management areas and 62 administrative villages, with a population of 36,901, averaging 2.5 mu of cultivated land per person. The government of Liulisi Town is located in the east of Liulisi Village. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the village has consistently served as the seat of district, commune, township, and town governments. Liulisi Town lies on an alluvial plain, with the Tuhai River to the west, and is traversed by the Sixin River and Guanshi River within its territory.
